Terms of Sale:

* A $500 minimum deposit is required on each pony.   Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward the purchase of another pony.

* Prices and availability are subject to change. We absolutely reserve the right to refuse any sale, if it's in the best interest of the pony!

* We accept cash, money order, or credit card through Pay Pal on any pony. (Subject To 4% Surcharge Fee) Will also accept personal checks, BUT check must clear the bank before pony will be allowed to leave seller's property.

* All ponies purchased come with a current health certificate and coggins for OUT OF STATE OR INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT.

* Additionally, shipping fees and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. However, we can recommend reliable, careful shippers who are accustomed to transporting ponies within the U.S. or internationally.

* Ponies are available for inspection at anytime prior to purchase at buyer's expense. Seeing ponies in person is encouraged and recommended.

* Any pony that is not paid in full within 30 days MUST be insured or the buyer takes full responsibility.

* Ponies are sold with no guarantees, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
